                              Directors' Dealings


Rusina announces that the Company was informed on 2 April 2008 that on 28 March
2008 Mr Gordon Getley, a Director, exercised 285,334 listed options for 20 cents
per share and accordingly now holds 1,142,670 ordinary shares in Rusina
representing 0.55% of the Company's issued share capital.


In addition, the Company was notified on 3 April that on 28 March 2008 Mr Robert
Gregory, CEO and Managing Director, exercised 85,000 listed options for 20 cents
per share and accordingly now holds 85,000 ordinary shares in Rusina
representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
