RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING 
 
The Company advises that for the General Meeting held on 22 July 2010 valid 
proxy appointments were made in respect of 6,107,916 voting shares and voting 
was as follows: 
 
IT WAS RESOLVED to receive the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 30 
November 2009.  (6,107,916 votes cast, all in favour, and none withheld.) 
 
IT WAS RESOLVED to re-appoint Ernst & Young LLP as Auditor to the Company, to 
hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next 
general meeting to be held in 2011 under section 199 of The Companies (Guernsey) 
Law, 2008, as amended, and to authorise the directors to determine its 
remuneration. (6,107,916 votes cast, all in favour, and none withheld.) 
 
IT WAS RESOLVED to re-elect Mr David Staples a director (6,107,916 votes cast, 
all in favour, and none withheld.) 
 
IT WAS RESOLVED to re-elect Mr David Copperwaite a director (6,107,916 votes 
cast, all in favour, and none withheld.)
