                                    Disposal


Pubs 'n' Bars plc announces the disposal of the following leasehold managed
public houses;

The Meyrick Arms, Clapham & the Brixton Hobgoblin, were disposed of at a profit
to book value of #22,058 & #34,159 respectively.


In line with the Company's stated strategy, we continue to dispose selectively
of poor performing sites but remain acquisitive.


Following the disposal, the Company has 96 pubs in total of which 44 are
freehold & 52 leasehold.
