Further to the announcement issued on 21 October 2003, where the Company
announced that it was in talks with a third party which may or may not lead to a
reverse takeover, the Board announce that those talks have now aborted.
However, during a late stage of those talks, the Company received another
approach from a third party in respect of which heads of terms have been agreed,
final due diligence is now taking place and, if concluded, would constitute a
reverse takeover.

The Company expects to post a circular to shareholders shortly.
