                           Issue of Equity

Further to the passing of all  resolutions at the General Meeting  of
shareholders held on 16 September 2008, the Company has today  issued
and allotted  2,528,750  fully  paid ordinary  shares  ('Shares')  in
consideration of  services  provided by  the  Company's  professional
advisers in connection with the fundraising completed by the  Company
in June 2008.

Application has  been made  to the  AIM Market  of the  London  Stock
Exchange ('AIM') for 2,528,750  Shares to be  admitted to trading  on
AIM ('Admission'). Admission  is expected  to occur at  8.00am on  22
September 2008.
