      Republic Bank Selects March Networks for Deployment of Digital Video
                      Surveillance Throughout Its Network



OTTAWA, ONTARIO, March 15, 2006 -- March NetworksTM (TSX:MN; AIM:MNW), a leading
provider of Internet Protocol (IP)-based digital video surveillance solutions,
announced today that Republic Bank Limited has chosen March Networks as the
strategic supplier of digital video surveillance solutions for its operations.


Republic Bank Limited is one of the largest banks in the Caribbean with
operations and interests in Trinidad and Tobago, the Cayman Islands, Grenada,
Barbados, St. Lucia, Guyana, and the Dominican Republic.


The bank will deploy the March Networks solution at approximately 85 sites to
enhance public and employee safety, protect against fraud and theft, and boost
operational efficiency to better serve customers. The sites include bank
branches, automated teller machines (ATMs), and corporate offices.
