The Company announces the issue of 666,667 new ordinary shares pursuant to the
exercise of warrants on 14 January 2000 at 1p per share.  The new ordinary
shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment
Market on 21 January 2000 and will rank pari passu in all respects with the
ordinary shares currently in issue.
