The Company issued 2,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company in 2007 pursuant to 
the exercise of options and a further 144,801 ordinary shares in the Company in 
October 2008 to an employee in lieu of salary (together "new Ordinary Shares"). 
Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading 
on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 10 May 2010.
