Further to the announcement of the appointment of Richard Seville to the Board
of the Company on 2 February 2007, the following disclosures are made under
schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules:

Richard Phillip Seville, aged 46, owns no Ordinary Shares in the capital of the
Company.

Mr Seville has the following current directorships in addition to that of the
Company.

Cheadle Mining Pty Ltd
Kenmore Pianos Sales & Services Pty Ltd
Kokong Holdings Pty Ltd
Ockleston Nominees Pty Ltd
Richard Seville & Associates Pty Ltd

Mr Seville was a director of the following companies within the past five years:

Fifth Floor Rads Pty Ltd
Renison Coal Pty Ltd
Toms Gully Mining Pty Ltd
Agate Creek Holdings Pty Ltd
Northern Energy Corporation Limited
Taroom Coal Proprietary Limited
Marble Tile Co.Pty Ltd

Mr Seville was a director of Marble Tile Co Pty Ltd which was put into
liquidation following the appointment of an Administrator on 21 June 2002 and a
Receiver and Manager on 26 June 2002. An order was made to wind the company up
on 23 October 2002 and the process was completed on 7 December 2005. No fault
was found in the conduct of the directors.

There are no further disclosures required under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of
the AIM Rules.
