                KimCor Diamonds plc ("KimCor" or the "Company")

                                Issue of shares

KimCor, a diamond producing and exploration company with properties in South
Africa, announces that it has issued 1,439,263 ordinary shares of 0.5p each
("First Tranche Shares") to satisfy the first tranche of the placing to Coffee
House Group Limited ("Coffee House") announced on 15 May 2007 ("Placing").
Application has been made for the First Tranche Shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM on 7 June 2007.

As previously disclosed, the proceeds of the Placing are being applied to meet
costs incurred in installing the water piping and waste conveyor systems at the
Company's Bellsbank plant and to provide working capital for the Company.

The total number of voting rights in the Company following the issue of the
First Tranche Shares is therefore 65,752,596. Following the issue of the second
tranche of shares in connection with the Placing, which are expected to be
admitted to trading on AIM on 6 July 2007, the total number of voting rights in
the Company will be 67,191,859.

Following the issue of the First Tranche Shares, Coffee House holds 10,439,263
ordinary shares of 0.5p each, representing 15.9 per cent. of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital. Immediately following the issue of the second
tranche of shares to be issued in connection with the Placing Coffee House will
hold 11,878,526 ordinary shares of 0.5p each, representing 17.7 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital as enlarged by the Placing.
