industry with a focus on pre-production emerging resource opportunities, has
granted the following share options over ordinary shares to directors of the
Company:

C Kyriakou       70,000

MR Arnesen       50,000

SJP Borg         35,000

RA Cleary        70,000

JR Reynolds      70,000



The options are exercisable from 31 January 2007 to 31 January 2012 at A$3.80
per share.
