Appointment to the Board
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, International Public
Partnerships Limited (the "Company", "INPP") announces that John Le
Poidevin will be appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company
as a non-executive director with effect 1(st) January 2016.
Mr Le Poidevin has advised the Company that no details require
to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13.

Biography for John Le Poidevin
John le Poidevin, 45, has over 20 years business experience.
John is a graduate of Exeter University, a Fellow of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a
former partner of BDO LLP, where as Head of Consumer Markets, he
developed an extensive breadth of experience and knowledge across
the leisure and retail sectors in the UK and overseas.
John is a non-executive on several plc boards and chairs a
number of Audit Committees. He therefore brings a wealth of
relevant experience in terms of corporate governance, audit, risk
and financial reporting.
His non-executive directorships include Market Tech Holdings
Limited, Safecharge International Group Limited and Stride Gaming
Plc.
John is a resident of Guernsey.
