Result of AGM

Inland Homes (AIM: INL) ("Inland Homes" or the "Company"), the leading brownfield developer, housebuilder and partnership housing company with a focus on the South and South East of England, announces that the following resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held earlier today were passed by shareholders of the Company:

   --    Resolutions 1 and 3 were proposed and passed as Ordinary Resolutions.

-- Resolutions 2 and 5 were proposed and passed as Special Resolutions. Resolution 4 was withdrawn at the AGM, as Stephen Wicks was not holding office at the date of the AGM.

As announced on 14 March 2023 and 17 March 2023, the board has now re-appointed Matthew Robinson and Trevor Sawyer.
