Update 
 
 
Ahead of the cancellation of the ordinary shares in Hurlingham plc from trading 
on AIM, which is scheduled to take effect at 7.00am on Friday 2 October 2009, 
the Board of Hurlingham plc wishes to inform shareholders that it is in 
discussions regarding a significant acquisition. If the discussions are 
completed successfully, the Company will publish an admission document, seek 
shareholders' approval for the acquisition and seek to admit the shares of the 
enlarged group to trading on AIM.The Board will advise shareholders further of 
the outcome of these discussions when they have been concluded either way, and 
also in the financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 September 
2009.
