the  Company, today purchased 747,268 ordinary  shares  of  5
pence  each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price  of
35p  per  share.  Following this transaction Mr J.H.J.  Lewis
has  an interest in 747,268 Ordinary Shares representing 5.67
per cent. of the current issued ordinary share capital.
