Sounds like more of a partnership deal using the pubco to raise capital for Strong. I like it but no one is hitting my bid.  If strong becomes mainstream this is huge. I view this as a lottery ticket with limited downside.

If any entity wanted more shares the company could easily issue a few, attach some warrants, etc. BOD and insiders have shown to provide funding for such in past filings. This plane/rocket has been taxied to the tarmac with all types of investors on board waiting for takeoff.
