ordinary shares on 23 February 2005, Active Capital Trust, a client of F&C Asset
Management plc, has a holding of 3,600,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company, representing 6.00 per cent. of the issued share capital.  The shares
are registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.
