As at 31 December 2015, Debenhams plc's capital consists of 1,286,852,540 ordinary shares of 0.01p each. The Company holds 59,254,695 ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Debenhams plc is 1,227,597,845.
