the  Companies Act 1985, the Company was notified today
that  Michael Greig, non- executive Director of Comino  plc,
had  purchased on 28 January 1999 7,000 ordinary  shares  in
the Company at #2.02, representing 0.05% of the issued share
capital.

Following  this transaction, Mr Michael Greig is  interested
in  7,000 ordinary shares (0.05% of the share capital of the
Company).
