possession settlement and is thus interested in the shares held by it.

D Harrison is a trustee and beneficiary of the D Harrison interest in
possession settlement and is thus interested in the shares held by it.

The above mentioned shares were issued as part consideration for the
acquisition by Comino plc of the outstanding minority interest in ISE acquired
on 26 November 1997.  The vendors of those shares have undertaken not to
dispose of any shares prior to December 1998.
