The Company has today noticed a sharp fall in its share
price and the Board are not aware of any reason for this
fall.

The Company has recently made an important strategic
acquisition on 6 October 1997 which will contribute to the
second half year.

The Company intends to announce its interim results to 30
September 1997 on 27 November 1997, which are anticipated to
be at least in line with market expectations.
