Agree. The function is often called Strategic Communications. StratComm for short and would handle all external communications. Anavex has needed a good executive in this position for a very long time.

How in the world can you claim oversold when it was at $4 just 3 months ago? The stock is still losing money. Support on the chart is way down at $8.06 currently.
If this bounces back up around $13, as I hope, its due to speculation.
