Director's dealing

The board of the Company was informed on 21 January 2008 that Ronald Pritchard
acquired 35,000 shares in the Company at a price of 28 pence per share.
Following the purchase Mr Pritchard has an interest over 6,142,192 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing approximately 25.4 per cent of the issued
share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company comprises 24,107,676 ordinary shares of
2 pence each.

Change in director's title

The board is pleased to announce that Bill Moncrieff, currently Director of
Strategy and Development has been appointed as Managing Director, Adviser
Sales. Mr Moncrieff has been with the Company for five years.

accepted this position, which reflects the excellent work he has done for the
