DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

Amara Mining plc, the AIM-listed West African focused gold mining company, announces that John McGloin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, acquired ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") yesterday.

Mr McGloin acquired in total 103,802 Ordinary Shares; 51,927 Ordinary Shares at 9.9 pence per share, and 51,875 Ordinary Shares at 10p per share. Following this transaction, Mr McGloin and persons connected to him are interested in 1,886,628 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.45 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
