Ordinary shares in Cohort with a nominal value of 10 pence each
("Shares") held in a nominee
account at a price of 679.55 pence per share.
As a result of the above
transaction, the total beneficial interest in Shares of Andrew
Thomis is 247,032, representing 0.60% of the total issued share
capital of the Company.
