Coastal Energy Company, (TSX:CEN, AIM:CEO) ("Coastal" or the "Company") provides an update regarding its existing block listing arrangements for the period from 2 March 2012 to 2 September 2012.

Under the Block Listing a total of 9,215,942 were originally admitted to AIM on 2 March 2012 and at the time of the most recent update, also on 2 March 2012, the Company had 8,070,537 common shares of US$0.04 ("Common Shares") remaining to be issued. During the period to 2 September 2012 the Company issued shares under the Block Listing as follows:
