Notification of Major Interests in Shares


Notification in accordance with Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985


The Company received a notification today from J O Hambro Capital Management
Limited and J O Hambro Capital Management Group Limited on behalf of North
Atlantic Value LLP informing it that following a purchase of 700,000 shares on
30 November 2006, North Atlantic Value LLP as discretionary manager for its
clients is currently interested in 15,900,000 ordinary shares representing
15.11% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. This includes a holding
of 1,600,000 shares in which Oryx International Growth Fund Limited in
interested.
