Offers for Subscription - Supplementary Prospectus

The Company announces that it has today published a supplementary prospectus with British Smaller Companies VCT plc in respect of the Offers for Subscription of up to GBP40 million in aggregate (the "Supplementary Prospectus").

The Supplementary Prospectus is required as a consequence of British Smaller Companies VCT2 plc having published on 27 March 2015 its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014.

The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and may be viewed on the National Storage Mechanism at the following website address: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
