Biotrace International Plc announces that Mr S H V Acland
and Mr A H Taylor retired from the Board on 27 April
following the Company's Annual General Meeting.

Simon has represented Quester, one of the original
venture capital investors in the business, and has been
on the Board since flotation.  During this time he has
made a significant contribution in the development of the
Company.  Alistair is leaving to pursue other business
interests including chairman and non-executive
directorships of Healthcare companies.

The Board now consist of two Executive and three Non-
Executive Directors.
