Capital Reduction and Proposed Dividend Payment

Following the announcement made on 7 January 2014 and the Circular issued on 6 February 2014, in connection with the reduction of the Company's share capital (the "Capital Reduction") the Board of the Company are pleased to announce on 26 March 2014 the High Court issued an order confirming the Capital Reduction. Following registration of the Court order with Companies House, the Capital Reduction became effective on 26 March 2014. Following the Capital Reduction, the Company will have 8,025,752 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue.

Accordingly, the second tranche of the dividend equivalent to 43p per share will now be paid with a payment date of 31 March 2014 and as previously advised a record date of 27 December 2013.
