As stated at the AGM of the company on the 25th February 1998, the company has
formally resolved to shorten its current accounting period by the adoption of
the 31st March as its new accounting reference date.

Non-Executive Director with effect from the 25th March 1998.  Mr Mulhollem is
Managing Director of ADM International Ltd.
