Further to the provisions of Note 25.C.a.8 of the Financial
Statements of Bank Hapoalim B.M. ("the Bank") for the year 2018 and
to the immediate report of the Bank of 25.3.2018 regarding a motion
for approval of a derivative action against the Bank and other
banks alleging the unlawful collection and without proper
disclosure to customers of a fee in connection with activity of
conversion and shipment of foreign currency, the Bank updates as
follows:
On 1.4.2019 judgment of the Supreme Court was given in the
framework of which the Applicants' appeal against the judgment of
the District Court in which the motions for approval of a
derivative action against the banks (including the Bank as
aforesaid) was denied.
