Further to immediate reports published by Bank Hapoalim B. M. (hereinafter: "the Bank") on 19.03.2019 in connection with the intention to effect an issue of bonds by means of Poalim Hanpackot Ltd. ("Poalim Hanpackot", a wholly owned subsidiary company of the Bank), the Bank updates as follows:

On 27.03.2019 Poalim Hanpackot completed an issue to the public of bonds the (gross) proceeds of which were approximately NIS 2.5 billion. The bonds that were issued are linked to the Index and bear interest per annum at a fixed rate for repayment in annual instalments (principal and interest) over the years 2019 - 2030.
