Pursuant to clause 7 (e) of the Terms and Conditions of the GBP95,000,000 4.255 per cent. Secured Guaranteed Bonds due 2047 (the "Bonds") the Issuer and the Guarantor invite Bondholders to attend an annual information meeting at 8 Queen Anne Street, London, W1G 9LD at 3.00pm on Thursday 2(nd) April 2020.

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions to movement, the meeting will now be held by conference call. If you wish to participate please email jharding@eskmuir.com who will provide dial-in details.
