Management is out to screw shareholders and now shareholders are out to screw xalles . The long quiet period speaks volumes xalles has nothing good to report if they were truthful I'm sure there are bad things that should be reported. Conmen out to screw you and me .

Call IR @ Xalles again and verify how many CashX kiosk are in operation in Mexico, ill take your word for it..... or ask Xalles to produce another address in a PR again!

lol.... You dont realize how hard it was to get one address out of Xalles, that is why I want more addresses!

Im not sure if I told you my story with Xalles; I went to CashX headquarters in San Diego, it was a virtual office and the receptionist said no-one ever shows up unless its for mail.

I emailed CashX.ai asking questions and told them I wanted to see a brochure or CashX kiosk. No response.

I emailed Xalles and then spoke with David (IR @ Xalles). I told David I was an investor and was wondering about CashX kiosks. He told me that Tom is in the DD phase and they havent signed an agreement yet. About an hour after speaking with IR @ Xalles I finally get an email from CashX.ai asking me how many ATM's I operate (WTF?) and all sorts of information from me. I responded saying I am pissed because on the CashX.ai website it literally said "come visit us" and had a San Diego address, and now they want more information from me?!?!?!? No response again from CashX.ai

Fast forward; Xalles PR'ed that CashX.ai had closed and is fully owned by Xalles now.

Here is my email after that PR and here is their response: My email: Good Morning,

I see that Xalles Holdings has acquired a stake in CashX and was looking for a working CashX Kiosk where I can see it in “action.” Last time I spoke with David, IR @ Xalles, he said it was in the Due Diligence process and hasn’t closed yet.

Now that the Due Diligence process is done, I would appreciate it if I can get a location of a working CashX Kiosk somewhere in San Diego preferably, or anywhere in the USA.

David Now this was about 2 months after I called IR @ Xalles and guess what; David (IR @ Xalles) had to dig deep to get my phone number to try to call me but I was one step ahead of him....... LMFAO!!!!

Finally there was one address produced when there are supposed to be 100 working CashX kiosks in Mexico. WTF!!! I shouldn't have to fight to invest into a company. If there are more CashX kiosks it shouldn't be a mission to get an address. Doesnt Xalles want a customer base? If I have the app on my phone, where can I go to deposit money/transfer into cryptocurrency?

Now to why I am still here: I am honestly here for HD2001 and for other investors that may want to invest here. Xalles is all talk, and a share selling scam. Basic DD will show you that the "companies" Xalles acquires are mostly newly created websites. Have you ever tried to contact one of their companies?

I am out of Xalles and I actually made 16 cents, one of the few I made money on!!!!! I hate to see pumpers here pumping a company they know nothing about just to make a few dollars.

that is a verifiable real company with real products and real venues...... if you know how to do proper DD you would like that as a better gamble than this one. They could absolutely dilute, buy havent.

On a different note, I'm kinda scratchin’ my head here tryin’ to figure why you’re all into K*GS. It’s down there at trip 1, ain’t even got a bid, and they could dilute another 10 billion—hard to see what's so good about that. But hey, maybe you're seein’ somethin' I ain’t.
