(OTCBB: WSML) announced today that it has signed a distribution
agreement with large European Cosmetics Distributor Institut Saint
Paul for distribution of the all new White Smile "Peroxide- Free"
teeth whitening and oral health products. The Company has
recently announced the completion of the White Smile Premier™
"At-Home" LED Teeth Whitening System, which consists of several
patent-pending products designed by world renown Bio Chemist and
White Smile Global Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Martin S. Giniger
DMD, PhD, MsD, FICD.
The contract allows Institut Saint Paul to distribute White
Smile® brand products throughout the entire
continent of Europe where they
have established successful distribution channels.

line through such a large audience was made our decision for this

agreements in several other countries in the European Union where
the use of hydrogen peroxide, the active ingredient in all teeth
whitening products is restricted past .0010% of 1%. The

PhD, MsD, FICD due to the recent acquisition of several patent
pending "non-peroxide" teeth whitening gels and oral foam for daily
use designed to replace tooth paste. The Clinical studies on
these products began in October 2011
and is expected to be completed in mid-December.
