Heโll give the โcanโ another kick down the road - almost there, next week, or month or quarter, - this and that happened but it wonโt be much longer (for real this next time). Is Farid โBidenโ Shouekani even alive? Coma maybe? Where are you Farid?
Going to be hard to take Farid and Vipernetworks seriously, after the lack of communications, and performance for so long now.
On another note the town of Palos Hills mentioned talks regarding Grant money in the latest minutes, and the national news has been commenting on the fact that not one rural internet connection has happed since they released the Biden build back. Maybe things are getting put in place, better do it before the election. Things are going to be very different come November.

Sri Lanka, Cybergrab launch in Antigua and the US with a local partner, immediate project in Saudi Arabia, 21 cities! So many irons in the fire! This company is amazing.
Who cares about the incorrect financials, lack of meaningful revenue, website that is not functional, and dilution? Isn't that what Apple and Nvidia do?
What an amazing company.

Solar's contract must have "run" out.
In the financials there are stock shares given to a Scott Gibson, which is SAG Equities. It appears they do media marketing, which is who I believe Solar and the Stocktwit guy(s) were. I assume that they weren't able to accomplish the goal(s), so they either packed it in or were sent packing.
What happened to all of the "Pretty" futuristic pictures we were getting?
All Viper Networks needs to get this going, is to be honest, and forthright regarding the real product(s) and existing deals implemented. Hiding in the "Biden" basement has shown nothing but a lack of integrity of the CEO/Management.
Once he starts leveling with the public - things will get moving, not until though (some revenue and (long shot here - PROFIT) will do wonders.

VPER has no software. They are just reselling different components. Municipalities can't "make" money on the services, but if there was revenue generated from advertising, for example, that money could just be put back into the budget and accounted for. They won't have to worry about that with VPER since it's more than likely nothing will ever happen. $5 million may have been allocated to Palos Hills and the Village of Justice, but that was definitely not earmarked for VPER and it's definitely not just sitting in a city/municipality account. They may be able to draw on that amount for approved projects, but it's not just in a city bank account.
Answers? Really? What, next week? And no trips ever, I'm guessing?
What an amazing company.

Nobody is going to waste the time or money to sue them. They should have done a little more due diligence prior to signing anything, but also, there is no real money on the line here. The only existing agreements amount to a pilot project. No guarantees with that, so nothing to really to sue over. Cities will have learned their lessons and constituents will have learned a lot about the people they put in office.
I for one am shocked that nothing has happened in Sri Lanka or 21 cities or Saudi Arabia. I really thought it was a sure thing! Little to no Q2 revenue and they can claim delays on payment or implementation for Q3 and that kicks the earnings can to March. If they actually did deliver products to Sri Lanka as claimed, they could show revenue for that, but they also said that now they are waiting on poles to put the lights on, so I wouldn't hold my breath if I was a shareholder.
What an amazing company.

Hate to say it, but I think they "cooked".
Contract with Solar must have run out (nothing to show for all that nonsense). Jeters Re-Po'd the Eco Solutions program (what ever that amounted to.
No Sales, No Products/Services, No Virtual Currency being mined, no CyberCrab, No CEO...
Hopefully the SEC will look into this, but don't expect much - guys like Farid do this all the time.
