As I stated here earlier, I anticipate fy25 graphene sales of GBP 2,000,000 to GBP 3,333,333 that would equate to fy25 sales growth of 420% to 768%. In this manner, I do not see the GBP 200,000 contract as material and not pivotal for value creation at all. The reason for it is that the Building for Humanities contract has nothing to do with graphene and it is not even a 3d printing contract. It was about consulting on 3d printing construction. In my eyes, this business is overcrowded with competitors and I do not see any edge for Versairen in pure 3d printing. Though, Versarien needs contacts with the construction industry to promote their high gross margin graphene admixture Cementene. That is what Stephen meant with “pivotal opportunity“. Tom from share prophets mitinterpret it as saying “a pivotal customer“. Since they already have an outreach through Innovate UK Bridge AI and their very promising project with Belfour Beatty, I do not think this promotion opportunity is pivotal any more. To sum up, I would like the loss of the 200,000 contract because it would lead to distraction of brilliant Stephen and his top scientists team. And as you can see, the share price might adopt my view because the share does not seem to care. So, I am looking forward to the interims and outlook.

Haydale share price jump by more than 50 percent partially because they said in their trading update (where are actually the current revenue figures) that Haydale had signed binding heads of terms (is that not the contact signing yet?) for a strategic UK wide non-exclusive (!) distribution agreement with Quidos Protect Limited ("Quidos Protect") that seems to me to be their largest shareholder Quidos Technologies Ltd. So, you can regard Quidos a strategic investor aiming at commercial contracts. Thus, you see what impact a strategic investor - here already holding shares - has on sales acceleration. This makes it a nice blue print what might follow if Versarien announces the strategic investor.

Thank you for your question on my expectations on interims. I retrieved from the March 3, 25 rns message about run rate (see below) und understand that the ratio cash inflow to revenue is pivotal for an estimation of revenue through this run rate data. I calculated that at an optimistic gross margin of 50% h1fy25 should have been 178K and at 30% gross margin 369K. These predictions would result in very strong second half year of fy25 graphene sales of 1,821K and 2,964K, respectively. These would equate to fy25 sales growth of 420% and 768%, respectively.

If I am right, Versarien will likely provide evidence on those big wins to enhance credibility in any prediction concerning second half year.

I think the charts says it all. 

I am loaded and bullish on this, but I cannot turn a blind eye to misrepresenting certain facts... Saying "VRS trades at $0.04+ was over $5.00+ in 2023"... is that really accurate and factual? It may not be done intentionally, but fairly certain that it does NOT trade in USD currency, and the conversion is rather on par with OTC PPS. And if I am wrong please feel free to put me in my place, I would be stoked if that was the case.

Most likely under a Billion. 80 to 90 percent restricted to Billion dollar funds like Barclay's, Hargreaves Lansdown, Interactive Investor Services, AJ Bell Securities, Halifax Share Dealing Limited and more.
