USA Real Estate Holding Company (USTC) and AppSwarm, Inc. (SWRM) Sign LOI to Launch Bitcoin Mobile Wallet

(OTC PINK: SWRM), a technology company specializing in the accelerated development and publishing of mobile apps, for the development of a smartphone based cash and Bitcoin mobile wallet. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, USTC and SWRM will execute a definitive agreement within 45 days from this letter of Intent.
