a. FLORIDA SOS filed name change and amendments 3.22.2022, by Rhonda K for
a reason.
b. TAIHE Group Inc , will be the new name filed at Florida SOS. TBD is associated with the big one in Asia or other.
c. Rhonda K , attorney does not just do this on her own, there is a reason , purpose and final goal here.
d. Once the Florida SOS is updated to the OTC markets side and a PR , disclosure or other event comes out , it will take off .

I followed your bullet points one by one and completely agree. This HUNSAKER doesn't even exist anymore. Clearly things moved on based on your due diligence and due to the beautiful opinion from legal that all debt is gone due to the statute of limitations.

He is only on the filing for one reason and that is Legal , His holding company was at one time under FLORIDA SOS , then went inactive. The Shares at that time were restricted, however SEC Reporting rules are what they are it has to be disclosed .

It was a "Blank Check" Company , meaning it had a sole purpose of finding a MERGER or ACQUISITION Format.

The Auditor BF BORGES CPA , has been around for years and also represents multiple stock symbols. They have done this hundreds of times +, Large Company , were paid $17,500 to do this in DEC of 2021.

1. NLAB has been $0.0001;
2. Billions of new shares will be issued after R/S.

b. We know that there is a name change with Florida SOS
c. To Be Determined which one that is on the company name
d. Rhonda does not stay on , she just sets it up is all
e. Lets see the next step , if it is indeed one of the larger companies mentioned, then all good moving forward .
f. Look it was DONE FOR A REASON on the name change, filing and articles of Incorporation , so give it a chance to move ahead all those filings at Florida SOS this past week were done for a reason . It is a change of control in some format .
