* New Board Member Brings Significant Industrial Experience JOPLIN,
Mo., Sept. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SiriCOMM, Inc. (OTC:SIRC)
(BULLETIN BOARD: SIRC) today announced the appointment of William
Graham and Richard Landis to its Board of Directors, effective
immediately. Mr. Graham was appointed as SiriCOMM's permanent
President and Chief Executive Officer earlier this month. Mr.
Landis joins the Board as an independent Director. "We are very
pleased that Richard Landis has agreed to join our Board of
Directors," commented Hank Hoffman, Chairman. "His extensive
experience in the transportation industry will be a great asset in
taking SiriCOMM to the next stage of its success. Also, Dick's
appointment increases the Board's independency validating our

announced that it accepted the resignation of Kory Dillman as a
member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Dillman will continue to be
SiriCOMM's Executive Vice President - Internet Business
Development. He is leaving the Board of Directors to assist in the
Company's objective of creating an independent Board. With the
changes announced today, the composition of the Board shifts from
two independent Directors out of six to three out of six. Mr.

served at the U.S. Department of Transportation as the top federal
safety regulator of the interstate truck and bus industries. Prior
to that, he was an officer with the Arizona Department of Public
Safety, retiring as a Commander after 20 years of service. Mr.
Landis is a member of the Intelligent Transportation Society of
America's Board of Directors. He holds degrees in business
administration and law enforcement from St. Mary's College of
