Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On February 28, 2022, Aleem Sheikh resigned as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Rayont Inc. (the “Company”). The Board thanks Mr. Sheikh for all of his past hard work on behalf of the Company as its President, Chief Executive Officer and Director.

Also, on February 28, 2022 in the best interests of the Company, the Board appointed Marshini Aliya Moodley to be President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Ms Moodley is currently a director and has been the CFO of the Company since 2020.
