PM & E Inc Announces Corporate Update

TORONTO, January 22, 2014
The PM & E Inc Board of Directors is pleased to announce
that the Company has executed a distribution agreement for its
solar battery with a Saudi Arabian based Company covering the
Middle East and North Africa (MENA countries)
The Company was approached by the Saudi based Company based on
the fact that the cost to produce power from our battery is price
competitive with the use of oil for the production of power in
Saudi Arabia.
Company management was even surprised by this and feels that
this is just the first of many steps to launching the Company into
becoming a multi-national manufacturer in the solar field.
