Go find out what percentage of the volume from Tuesday was shorted and then let me know what you find😉
Then ask yourself why would shorts cover if they don't have to now?
What would possibly cause a short covering would be a significant bullish catalyst that would/could trigger the bots buy stop orders. Jmo

Outstanding and restricted both increased by hundreds of millions with no explanation as to why. In my last and final conversation with Davis months ago ,he said note holders can convert when the time comes. BUT I thought I read that in the last 2 reports there were NO convertible note holders..I don't have time to go dig through the q's now so (please correct me if I'm wrong about that)if that turns out to be the case then oh well .. also could be the reason for the random big volume days too.imo

I just don't understand why an entire year has gone by and there's still been no significant news of anything paint related. All we have is 3 or 4 news releases that had no shareholder value in them whatsoever.
This "blockbuster deal" as MERSKY calls it, was all about the paint business. Took away the aftershot, and we were supposed to get a paint company. What paint where??
My last conversation with Davis I brought this topic up. His email reply was the all too familiar , we are working hard and diligently ,or whatever he said, just the same thing every pink OTC company says, and then copying and pasting parts from the different pr's . 😆
I can tell you that after I filled Sperry's and Davis emails with dilution questions, there hasn't been any more since then. 😉
It seems all parties have crawled under a rock and gone into hiding now after the many private investigation accusations were brought to their attention.
Despite the many conundrums,this is still a 50/50 chance at success. I just hope I'm wrong about a lot of my feelings.

Maybe they decided to change the name to carbon limit and that's what's taking so long hah. Good knowing that these companies are pretty intertwined and have some of the same people in management.

CL is doing well. Hope they loan some of it 💲 to SA to help close a lease deal.

the images that were used by SA and RF showing a fully operational facility in their announcements were also contributing factors to the matter. Imo
They chose to use those images at that time when they knew there wasn't even a signed agreement.
Now after they've been contacted and called out they go silent...
Honestly I would have never shown pics like that ,unless they were of the Monarch, but they weren't.
You know I'd be totally fine with new ownership 😄. Just sell the bizz to a large entity and they just take over and do in 3 months what Davis couldn't do in a year . That's my current strategy, either Sperry takes us to the finish line, or they sell. The two reasons I'm holding now.

Very plausible. Some bad language in that PR that made it sound like they already had the facility and the price tracked accordingly. If it were simply delayed, I think they would let us know. The silence indicates something similar to your assumption. Be nice to us SEC...the CEO is hopefully just unintentionally incompetent

Get used to the quiet. I left my last communication with Davis knowing a few months of work were still needed , and by then (October/Nov) it was still questionable. Now we know about the lease delay so Oct is definitely questionable.
Still optimistic, Any day, they could announce anything, and totally change the investors ,and potential buyers ,sentiment of this .

Sperry has the connections from his CL co. . If he can get one of them to make an investment in SA that would be huge. I'm now thinking the hold up with the name change is due to non approval by sec or legal matters..which led to the failed lease ,,or vice versa.
I spoke with a SEC rep and she told us once it's been submitted a name change and review approval doesn't take months but just days. She told me the same thing I already knew., That It Does Not Take This Long to do a name change once everything has been submitted, unless there are underlying issues. Which might explain the recent silence from all parties involved. Jmo🔮

Agree, no real points or a reason why the price would go up. The company (and apparent partners) being overly quiet on social media in the last few weeks sort of tells me the opposite...maybe the lease fell through and can't seem to make this name change happen.
