Given that Mr. Part-Time CFO still hasn't filed the Q for his other disaster that's 6 months overdue, I'm not surprised.

The nonsense PR was a Hail Mary from Easterling. It was issued before the district court hearing where the judge granted Ampleo full control over SHMP's assets. 

Notice there hasn't been a peep out of Easterling since.

“Investors” in SHMP may never ever see another operating financial from what remains of SHMP. The receiver doesn’t appear to be too concerned about SHMP’s operational future or SEC compliance

Because who ever has the username and password did just that already immediately after the ruling. they put out a PR statement saying "whateverhisnamewas was impressed with what he saw at the Iowa facility and was giving shmp 500k" when in reality he was impressed with the assets that could be sold. if I hand you a username and password for https://naturalshrimp.com/ and you don't change them, I still have them.

And you know that how? All SHMP assets are in control of the receiver. That would include the web site.

And Easterling owns very few common shares, aside from what is available to him if he has the wherewithal to convert the Series A shares he controls.

I’d like to take a trip to either location and gain permission to perform forensic analysis on their water pump motors assemblies to see how much the EC systems damaged the pump motors and the steel tanks. I bet it was fairly significant.

In essence, yes, Fife owns them. But it appears the receiver sees that the patents are virtually worthless. Can't even get someone to appraise them. SHMP should have written off the book value of the patent long ago.
