Obviously it is senseless to arguing with a mindset of a stubborn adolescent, can be a bit tedious and is one of the things I observed growing up. They tend not to have original thoughts and are stubbornly argumentative. Especially when misinterpreting what is read. They tend to copy phrases often of what others say. Again reaffirming the diminishing ability to use original thought. These immature opinions must be the only ones, which are correct.
They then base their opinions on what is misinterpreted and are too embarrassed or upset to admit any misunderstanding.
For example a post was made followed by an indirect response. Nothing wrong there. Except the opinions in the reply of have absolutely nothing to do with the misinterpreted read post in the first place.
There is not one paragraph bashing the company or not stating true facts and realistic opinions based on the known achievements of the company.
Examples:
The share price moves up and down on anemic trading volumes amd liquidity. TRUE
The value of the share price is being determined by the same anemic trading volumes and liquidity.
The share price can be manipulated by slightly higher anemic trading volumes. In fact the higher anemic volumes of TC’s insider purchase did just that over a year ago. Shows you what just $50K can do to a stock trading with anemic interest. It can rocket up the SP beyond its true value. Then speculators misinterpret the action. As was the case and in fact pointed out by a few of my posts.
Why did I correctly opine that the share price would drop and not go up? For several reasons. One TC didn’t want to be fitted for cuffs, annkle bracelets and I don’t believe he wants to be fitted for an orange suit. Silent, yes! Dumb, No! Another reason, no change in fundamentals long term. TRUE.
Infrequent PR’s. TRUE.
Without them, who the hell knows aside from being paid according to the 10K, what the hell they are doing? TRUE.
You look at the long term charts. Do you see the SP trending up or down? Higher or lower? And did I say lower? Yes I did. TRUE.
Rental income has nothing to do with product parts ordered revenues. But without it due to insignificant product parts revenues at this time. The cash burn would accelerate even if the cost to operate remains the same. TRUE.
The share price languishes as if it is in a coma and so too does the absence of a contract defined by an 8K for parts for 36 months, going on 37 months this week. TRUE.
Clearly I have to assume they are not doing nothing. But whatever they are doing has not culminated in any new deal announced. TRUE
While most stock markets are near their all time highs, LQMT is near its all time lows.of the 0.03’s. TRUE.
Regarding interpretations of the any LQMT agreement. I use common sense and let the trading volumes, liquidity and demand for shares determine the interpretation of agreements where common sense and common ground cannot be found. To think otherwise to me is just plain insanity. TRUE.
In other words referencing Einstein again, the difference between stupidity and genius? The genius knows there are limits. TRUE.
Why does anyone own, hold or buy shares, when a company for many years has not succeeded, is silent and with every long term in the red! IMO, aside from not having a good investment strategy. For these reasons: remote possibility of LQMT succeeding, belief in the technology to succeed, the claimed limited success of others abroad. TRUE.
No outsider has any factual inkling why 4 shells born in September 2024 bought almost 180,000,000 million shares PERIOD. TRUE.
To those still claiming to want to buy those cheap shares…guess what? You still can! TRUE.
To state otherwise would be disrespectful, dishonest and disingenuous. TRUE.
To state otherwise in a reply indirectly too, is disrespectful, dishonest, disingenuous, stubborn and argumentative with reality. TRUE.
There is a vast difference between bashing, negativity and realism, when sharing opinions on an investment. TRUE.
The ones who can’t tell the difference are the ones who have lost focus on their investment, lost focus on the company responsible for their disappointments and just would rather whine and whine and focus on posters who have an opinion based on the company’s actual performance. TRUE, and it shows up in almost every post.
It’s nice to dream. It’s not nice to be in a coma or for a company to remain comatose.
To put it more bluntly! BEING IN THE RED NO MATTER THE PRICE IS NOT A POSITIVE STORY AND NEITHER IS IT A BASHING NEGATIVE ONE. ITS FRICKEN REALITY.
Adolescent rebuttals are always entertaining. :)
Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC LUCK.
Expect a PR soon…

My experience with 'sales representatives' is that they are infinite in number on the planet, and many are happy to stick another another product on their catalogue/website if it costs them little or nothing. Just playing the lottery too. Sales and marketing for LQMT are a long standing joke, any way you look at it, especially by the $ numbers over decades which is how a 'serious' company would. Nobody that actually controls this company is serious about paying outside shareholders. Until that reverses, we don't happen. I cannot think of any good reason why LL and the Politburo, which has what it wanted from LQMT, is on the cusp of doing that. More likely they would prefer to permanently assign the IP and Trade Name then dump the shares and move on. And of course now that the Foreign Corrupt Trade Act is being demolished, things will move right along.

In no way am I confident in my ability to decipher patent dialogue and really suck at the the guessing game so I decided to do what no lqmt investor should do, I looked at the history of posts and realized one thing....I know absolutely nothing about commercialization of a new market.
Even patent dialogue is shrouded in mystery...
“DETAILED DESCRIPTION The following disclosure describes various embodiments of electronic devices, such as portable electronic devices including, for example, cellular telephones, and the like. Certain details are set forth in the following description and FIGS. to provide a thorough understanding of various embodiments of the present technology. Moreover, various features, structures, and/or characteristics of the present technology can be combined in other suitable structures and environments. In other instances, well-known structures, materials, operations, and/or systems are not shown or described in detail in the following disclosure to avoid unnecessarily obscuring the description of the various embodiments of the technology. Those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize, however, that the present technology can be practiced without one or more of the details set forth herein, or with other structures, methods, components, and so forth.”
I'm not 100% sure on what this means although it sounds as if they are holding back information.

I am not here to criticize but if you are bringing up short selling on a 4 penny stock you are definitely a rookie investor. Nobody in their right mind would short any penny stock under $5, at least I wouldn't. Shorting happens in the S&P 500, Gold, and Crude oil, that's where the real money is, something that moves..... LQMT doesn't qualify, not as a short or a buy. Don't embarrass yourself or anyone else on here.

Here are a few more reasons.
Short Selling or Betting Against the Stock: They might be short selling the stock, meaning they are betting that the price will go down. By posting negative comments repeatedly, they could be trying to create fear or panic among other investors to drive the price down so they can profit from the decline.
Manipulation or Sabotage: Some individuals may be trying to manipulate the stock by spreading negative sentiment. They may want to influence others to sell their shares or avoid buying the stock, creating a drop in price that they can then take advantage of. This could be part of a larger strategy to profit from price fluctuations.
Personal Vendetta or Bias: The person might have a personal issue with the company or its management, and they use the stock's public platform to voice their frustration. This could come from a bad experience, a perceived wrong, or even just dislike for the company.
Genuine Belief in the Risks: It's also possible that the person is posting negative comments out of a genuine belief that the stock is a bad investment. They might want to warn others about what they see as a risky or unsustainable company, especially if they believe it could lead to significant losses for investors.
Competing Interests: There could be a competitive angle where someone with a financial interest in a competing company or stock is attempting to discredit the penny stock in question. By spreading negativity, they might hope to shift attention and investment away from it.
Psychological Tactics: Repeated negative comments can create an echo chamber of doubt, and in some cases, people do this because they believe the more they talk about a stock negatively, the more likely others will start believing it. This can sometimes lead to a self-fulfilling prophecy where people start selling based on the fear generated.
Disruption or Troll Behavior: Some individuals post negative comments simply to stir up trouble or get attention. These individuals might not have a personal financial motive but enjoy causing chaos in online communities.
Just like with positive posts, if negative comments are repetitive and lack substantiated facts, it's important to be cautious. Sometimes these types of posts are part of larger schemes or an attempt to manipulate the market.

When someone posts repetitive long negative posts about a penny stock, their motivations can vary. Here are some possibilities:
Best thing to do is to put blame where it belongs.....on the management of the company that runs this business as if they are the only ones connected to this company, and not giving updates because they don't have to and they don't care, that way assumptions of members on here would be totally unnecessary.
Penny stocks in general are only required by law to report 10K's and 10q's and that's it . LQMT doesn't have to tell us a damn thing, and obviously some businesses who don't care to update us like this one likes the silent treatment so if anyone is guilty of manipulation talk to Tony what's his name... I forget since I never see it or hear from this individual.

In general, if an OTC–traded company is a public reporting company (i.e. it’s registered with the SEC), then management is legally required to file periodic reports (such as annual 10-K and quarterly 10-Q filings, along with any current event reports on material changes) to keep shareholders informed. These filings are the minimum legal requirement for disclosure—even if they don’t amount to continuous, regular “investor updates” like frequent press releases or conference calls. However, many OTC–traded penny stocks are not fully reporting companies; they may be trading on the “pink sheets” or “grey market” where the disclosure requirements are significantly less stringent. In those cases, management is not obligated by law to provide frequent or detailed updates beyond any minimal filings they may choose (or be required) to submit. So the answer depends on the company’s regulatory status:Reporting Public Companies: Must file periodic disclosures with the SEC (and in many cases provide additional investor communications), though there’s no law that mandates frequent press releases or investor calls.Non–Reporting OTC Penny Stocks: May not have any regular disclosure requirements, which is one reason why many investors find them riskier or less transparent. In summary, while fully reporting public companies—including those on OTC markets—do have legal disclosure obligations (via periodic SEC filings), many penny stocks aren’t held to the same standard and therefore might not offer regular updates beyond the bare minimum required by law.
I have posted this in the past.

When someone posts repetitive long negative posts about a penny stock, their motivations can vary. Here are some possibilities:
Perhaps there are one or two more...
There are people that are just negative, and/or nasty. They want to tear down other's hopes or dreams, or they feel so powerless inside, that they feel some power or get their power here on the interweb (love that term).
I am not suggesting this is what is going on, or this is what applies to the person or persons you are referring to. I have on individual on 'ignore' and don't know if this is who you may or may be thinking of. It doesn't matter to me.
I am selling off slowly when I need an extra $1k as my income is limited. I hold 450k shares, but don't ever think I would go below 250k over time.
Good luck to all.

Another week passes and LQMT’s share price is down 5.148% from 0.0439 cents to 0.04164 cents on extremely weak trading volumes and little interest. The same when LQMT moves up or down.
In essence the share price means bubkis whether it is trading at a penny or 10 pennies with anemic trading volumes. Looks good or bad on paper. Not very accurate as a tool for direction up or down. To better understand that direction, fundamentals are a better indicator. It shines a light accurately on the executives doing something or nothing.
And from their infrequent communications via PR’s I can’t tell if they are doing anything at all except collecting pay checks in between quarterly reports.
If I am wrong the share price should be increasing year over year along with the trading volumes. Instead of decreasing.
For now, LQMT’s share price is holding in the low pennies. Bouncing around in the low 0.04’s. The trend remains for the share price to head lower again back to the 0.03’s.
Remember renewal of a rental agreement may pause the slide. No renewal can enhance the slide as these $$$’s only offset cash burn and have zero to do with revenues from product part orders.
The share price remains in a coma like the new contracts all have anticipated, which have not occurred for over three years now based on the LQMT end of year reviews. Again, An indication that whatever they are doing, it has not culminated in new orders large or small. Minuscule or relevant.
36 months and LQMT is still without a new 8K announcement for a part order contract from executives operating the company.
While most stock markets are near their all time highs, LQMT is near it’s all time lows.of the 0.03’s.
The long term downward spiral in trading volumes and share price by now should have dispelled any connections, beliefs, theories, or potential between LQMT and any potential for LQMT to earn $$$ from CE, regardless how one interprets any agreements in LQMT’s 10K’s.
Even the 10K information misinterpreted by anyone believing LQMT will receive $$$$ from Apple or CE has a zero impact. There never are any gray areas up for misinterpretation or debate, when using the share price to correctly interpret the agreement. The share price clearly disconnects from anyone’s belief that there is a connection between the following : CE, available high volume manufacturing capacity abroad or any speculation with another company using LQMT’s logos and IP.
The only conclusion I can draw from the facts of LQMT’s bottom lines throughout the past few years and anyone still stating a potential for LQMT to somehow circumvent the agreements with Apple, by using other agreements with other companies are just to be argumentative, as zero CE $$$ has trickled in during the same years of those rumors. It more or less equates to Einstein’s definition of insanity.
Other than belief in the technology and FOMO and other companies claims of earning revenues from various amorphous metal formulas. They are probably the only palatable reasons for holding on. I say this since no one from the company tells us what is going on regularly through PR’s. Like once or twice a month. I believe the last PR was 10 months ago.
The management team can see the controversy on the boards. They can clear any controversy up in their executive blog. They choose not to.
Is it any wonder even anyone bullish doesn’t even know what the heck is going on.
Hell, no one still has any factual inkling why 4 shells born in September 2024 bought almost 180,000,000 million shares of stock 300% above the trading price. And more ridiculous, who buys that many shares and does not announce a business plan?
To those still claiming to want to buy those cheap shares…guess what? You can still buy them and at a cheaper price come any trading day. Just offer a serious buy price and you can buy a million shares.
I try to present a balanced realistic view based on the facts not on the emotions of anyone hyping or bashing LQMT. I believe I nailed it correctly. This board has had it correct past and present from potential to expectations to hope to FOMO.
I would rather see a weekly LQMT blog update on any progress from the company, or a more frequent PR monthly, than to post another week passes post. I’m sure everyone else would agree.
Will this be the year revenues increase consistently? Only the 4th Q’s will tell. 3 down and 1 to go. So far it looks good. Increasing revenues are always good. Significantly increasing revenues are even better.
The 10k and fourth quarter data is due out soon.
Perhaps in 2026 or 2027 LQMT might succeed and if they ever do make it in 2025, all in it will be very thankful and glad that they did.
Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC & Co., luck.
Still waiting for the non big news on an existing partnership expiring and rental agreement. Not much hope on trade show update. Still not a peep on that MIM order!

It’s the iPhone SE for sure. There’s always the possibility of “one more thing”, but it’s very uncommon to release a blockbuster product in February, as there are no big holidays upcoming. March/April products are semi-rare (iPads come out sometimes and also speed bumped Macs), but they point toward Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Summer. The logo in Tim Cook’s announcement does look like Liquidmetal tho

Apple CEO Tim Cook jumped on X today and nearly broke the internet. A simple vague post about the "newest member of the family" sent Apple fans into a speculation frenzy with all different ideas about what this mystery Apple product could be.
Thankfully, it wasn't just the vague bit of info about a new product coming, as Tim Cook also gave us a date. His X post said, "Wednesday, February 19 #AppleLaunch," so at least we know exactly when the company plans to announce its new product.
We can only make some educated speculation, like everyone else, regarding what Apple plans to announce. With Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, a noted Apple rumor whisperer, saying Apple would announce the iPhone SE 4 next week (which just so happens to have February 19), that could certainly be the direction Apple is going with this announcement, as the timing lines up perfectly.
