King Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS:KING) (http://www.king-resources.com) President Dennis Giancola of Grid Grabber www.gridgrabber.com is pleased to report a successful meeting with one of the largest and greenest battery manufacturers in the world today. Mr. Giancola and the owner of the patent for this new green battery has put into place a contract in which a unique new green battery will be manufactured for Grid grabber with its own private label. It will be manufactured with the Grid Grabber name and logo branded on the battery.

Dennis Giancola of Grid Grabber said, "The battery is an AGM battery (absorbed glass matt) perfect for our requirements for storing power in our units. The absorbed glass mat is a highly absorbent, micro-porous material made of a special glass fiber. The entire electrolyte (acid) in the battery is absorbed into this material enabling a leak proof and spill proof design. This technology offers superior performance over conventional batteries. This will enable Grid Grabber a much better cycling performance (the ability to be discharged further, for longer periods), faster re-charge rates which will reduce Grid grabber's on time usage for replenishing the storage of power in our new green batteries, and therefore Grid Grabber will be using less energy and seeing better results, this truly is a huge break through in technology for Grid Grabber and our clients."
