You later transferred 75,000, followed by 28,000, but this was not communicated to the stakeholders publicly, leaving me in a difficult position.

Additionally, you requested more time on multiple occasions, including 24 hours, during which I patiently waited. You even promised that the funds would be in my account before morning here in India. However, once again, you failed to follow through. When I took the matter public on InvestorHub to expose the facts, you became offended and sent an email stating that the amount would be frozen, and that I should forget about my outstanding balance of 2 lakh.

After receiving multiple threats from you, do you honestly expect me to remain silent and scared? Your threats will not deter me from standing up for my rights. If you had paid on time, this situation would never have escalated, but now you seem to expect me to apologize publicly to receive what is rightfully mine. This is both unreasonable and unjust.

As for your knowledge of the law, perhaps you should consult your daughter, Lekha, who has studied law. She might be able to explain the implications of such actions and how they apply to you, as I have not committed any crime or wrongdoing.

You promised to pay 1 lakh today and another 1 lakh on Tuesday, and I expect you to honor this commitment. I request that you release 1 lakh today as promised, and the remaining amount on Tuesday. Please confirm if you agree to this arrangement.

Initially, HGS was responsible for running the operations in India for Interups. However, they were not willing to take on the responsibility of establishing and managing the contact center.
As a result, a senior official from HGS approached a friend at Datamatics to take over the task. Datamatics, being one of the leading service providers in India, was asked to step in and establish the operations.
To formalize the arrangement, four senior officials from Datamatics flew to the United States in late 2023 to meet with Laxmi Prasad and his company (Interups, Mydhan now Mycow) and sign the contract for setting up the contact center in India.

While Datamatics took on the responsibility, one of the critical mistakes made by the company was failing to conduct adequate due diligence before entering into the contract with Interups. This oversight ultimately resulted in significant financial losses for Datamatics, which were not anticipated when the contract was signed.

As part of the agreement, Datamatics incurred a cost of nearly half a million dollars ($500,000) for:
Hiring staff
Setting up IT infrastructure
Training and coaching employees
Arranging transportation (pickup and drop services) for all employees

The joint operation between Datamatics Philippines and Datamatics India led to a substantial financial loss, which also affected the company’s overall financial performance. The financial impact from this venture resulted in a drop in Datamatics’ stock price due to the scale of the loss.

Below are the False Claims by Laxmi Prasad and Likhitha Palaypu:

Despite these operational and financial challenges, Mr. Laxmi Prasad and Ms. Likhitha Palaypu have made public claims stating that they paid $475,000 to Datamatics and have filed a legal suit against Datamatics for failure to fulfill the contract.
These claims are misleading and false. According to the official documents from Datamatics and communication with your legal team, no payments were made by Interups to Datamatics for the contract.
Moreover, the legal action in this case was initiated by Datamatics, not Interups. Datamatics has filed a case against Interups, supported by regulatory documents signed by an attorney, due to the failure of Interups to meet financial obligations under the contract (for several months from November 2023 to February 2024).

This situation is critical, not only because of the financial impact it has had on Datamatics but also because of the false claims being spread by Mr. Prasad and Ms. Palaypu. Their misleading statements regarding the contract, payments, and legal actions need to be addressed to protect Datamatics’ reputation and integrity.

A serious matter regarding the contract between Interups (represented by Mr. Laxmi Prasad and Ms. Likhitha Palaypu) and Datamatics. After a meeting held in March 2024, we discovered several inconsistencies and potentially fraudulent claims made by the representatives of Interups. These claims appear to be in direct conflict with the factual evidence we have gathered and are pertinent to the legal case between both parties.

During our meeting, Mr. Laxmi Prasad and Ms. Likhitha Palaypu made public statements during Zoom and Google Meet calls, claiming that Interups paid a total of $475,000 to Datamatics as part of the agreement to run the contact center in India.
They also stated that due to additional funds being requested by Datamatics, they had filed a legal suit against the company for non-fulfillment of operations.
We have a recording of the Google Meet call where Mr. Prasad explicitly mentions these payments and the legal suit.
Evidence to the Contrary:

In a subsequent meeting with the legal team of Datamatics, we were presented with clear documentation indicating no incoming payments from Interups (Laxmi Prasad and Likhitha Palaypu). The payment history and contractual documents show that Interups failed to make the agreed-upon payments for the months of November 2023, December 2023, January 2024, and February 2024, which led to the termination of the contract by Datamatics.
In addition, the claims made by Mr. Prasad and Ms. Palaypu regarding the legal suit are also disputed. Contrary to their statements, Datamatics has filed a case against Interups, supported by regulatory documents signed by an attorney, not the other way around as they have claimed.

Let me make you all aware, Datamatics took the decision to terminate the contract and conducted an overnight layoff of all employees. While this was a difficult decision, the evidence suggests that it was a direct result of non-payment and repeated default on obligations by Interups.
It has been brought to our attention that Interups had been contacted multiple times by Datamatics regarding overdue payments, but the situation remained unresolved, forcing the company to take the necessary legal and operational actions.

We are currently preparing to share the recording of the Google Meet call along with additional documentation that directly contradicts the statements made by Mr. Laxmi Prasad and Ms. Likhitha Palaypu. These documents will demonstrate their false claims regarding the payment of $475,000 and the alleged legal action against Datamatics.

Given the serious nature of these discrepancies and the potential legal ramifications for all parties involved, we kindly request all stake holders to be aware about Laxmi Prasad & Likhitha Palaypu fraudulent activities.

Laxmi this is regarding the ongoing issue of my outstanding payments. It has been nearly eight months and my settlement was promised, and I have been extremely patient throughout this period. However, the continuous delays, excuses, and lack of transparency have made it increasingly difficult for me to manage my financial situation.

To date, I have not received the funds owed to me. Recently, I was diagnosed with a medical condition, and I provided you with all necessary reports, requesting emergency funds. Despite my urgent need, you denied the release of funds unless I apologized, which I did, in desperation for the emergency support. Yet, even after my apology, the funds were not sent.

You mentioned that you initiated wire transfers to over 400 accounts and claimed that tracking individual transactions was difficult. When I requested the transaction IDs for these wires, you assured me that the funds would be credited to my account. However, despite your assurances, I have yet to receive any payment.

Initially, the expected credit date was the evening of the 7th or at the latest 8th afternoon. Now, five days later, you are stating that the delay is due to your unstable address, causing issues with processing. I find this excuse unconvincing and highly questionable, especially given that this has been an ongoing issue for over a year. Why has the bank only raised these concerns after the transaction was meant to be completed and not earlier, especially when the same excuses about missing documents or required account types or business account needed to remit, have been raised repeatedly in the past?


To add to my concerns, the issue seems to be escalating with new excuses being provided each time I follow up. You’ve stated that this transaction will now be delayed until Tuesday, but based on your track record of unfulfilled promises, I have zero assurance that this will actually happen. 1. Immediate proof of transaction: Can you provide transaction IDs or verifiable proof that the wire transfers to over 400 accounts were actually initiated as claimed?

My serious concerns regarding the settlement of my outstanding compensation. As per the earlier communication from Laxmi Prasad, he assured me that my full outstanding balance would be cleared. The compensation details were shared publicly, including with employees in India and the US, as well as investors and stakeholders.

Initially, it was communicated that the total settlement amount 3,03,000 was being processed, with an amount of ?1,03,000 already transferred in two installments. However, the remaining balance of ?2,00,000, which was due for payment two days ago, has still not been credited to my account despite multiple assurances. Every day, I am told that the transaction has been "initiated," but there is no sign of the funds in my account.

More troubling, Laxmi Prasad has now stated that the payment will be split into two transactions, and each would be processed on different days (Tuesday and Wednesday), yet, once again, none of these payments have materialized.

This morning, I was told that the funds would be transferred before I woke up, but, as of now, there is still no update. I was then informed that the payment would be delayed until Tuesday due to the bank holiday on Monday, which feels like an intentional delay designed to create excuses.

I find it deeply concerning that Laxmi Prasad claims a lack of sufficient funds to process my payment, yet the same funds were apparently used to process 442 wires, which I now question. No one I know has received any funds that were supposedly processed and was supposed to be credited by today. Where are those 442 wires which was initiated couple of days back?
