Nevo - Your comments are well-considered. As you may know, there is no 'free lunch' when it comes to rapidly growing a company with a green field ahead. The company requires capacity, marketing, additional personnel, and capital. I completely agree that a long-term reliance on a single source for production is an item that requires attention. As for the state of a second machine, one can only speculate as to its condition. It is an issue that will need to be addressed.
I have had the pleasure of working with three highly ranked Inc 500 companies, all growing at 100% or more annually. If IVDN only grew at 100% annually over the next three to five years, I would be most disappointed. But to show rapid growth, one needs to understand that the company is going to need money. Internally generated funds will not support rapid growth in an inventory-based business with a fairly long supply chain. In simple English, I expect that the company will need to sell shares to raise capital. When that happens, how and at what price make all the difference. There are bad financing, good, and great financing decisions. It's all a matter of details.
I think IVDN's timing is perfect. Whether by design or accident, it doesn't matter. We play the hand we are dealt. I know what you do - nothing more. But I have done some research on the industry. IVDN is in the right place at the right time with the right product. It is now a matter of execution, which I will admit, is not an easy feat. I like what I've seen recently. It may be a bumpy ride. Growing tiny companies into serious competitors often is. But I like our odds.

This is the year, 2025, IVDN, after expenses, must see a steady net profit from this business. This stock hinges on this company staying up to date on it’s OTC reporting and being, after so long in business, a profitable operation. Lately, we seem to be heading in the right direction, only more time will tell.

$IVDN Insultex House Wrap is showing up on more home building and home improvement sites now. Here is a good example:

The Insultex House Wrap 5 Foot x 100 Foot is an R-6 insulation rated house wrap. What makes Insultex stand out is the R-value of the house wrap. R-value measures how well building insulation can prevent the flow of heat into and out of the home. Higher R-value means greater insulation performance, and thus more savings on your next heating and cooling bill. Insultex HomeWrap is water and moisture-resistant, air and wind-resistant, and UV-resistant. Insultex protects against water intrusion that could get behind the exterior cladding which in turn can cause mold, mildew and rotting. Insultex House Wrap is a revolutionary structured cellular fabric that incorporates countless micro air cells that traps air and does not allow it to escape. Insultex is the newest thermal insulation on the market promising to revolutionize insulation as you know it.

This is positive news. However, all of the current SEC reports for IVDN still show the company is consistently losing money and diluting our shares. Hopefully these rumored sales and income will put an end to that.
If the company can break even or turn a profit, my next concern is IVDN's ability to manufacture or buy their product. My understanding is that there's only two machines in the world that can make this stuff. One is owned by IVDN, is in serious disrepair, has never been used as far as I can tell, and may cost more to refurbish and get working than it is worth. The other is owned by a company that supplies IVDN with INSULTEX. What happens if the company that does that decides to exercise their leverage over IVDN?

I expect all those important points and more to be addressed on the upcoming IVDN investor conference call. Each of your points were already touched on in the shareholder's letter that was issued on December 30th so be sure to review it. In the meantime, the new CEO has stated that he is open to receiving inquiries directly by phone or email.
From the Dec. 30th announcement:
Going forward, we intend to keep our customers and shareholders regularly informed of our progress as we address the vital energy saving needs of the multi-billion dollar homebuilding industry. One of our top priorities will be timely filing on all of our future financial reports. We will also be exploring other marketing opportunities for our unique Insultex® material beyond the building industry. For any shareholders or home building/remodeling professionals who wish to speak to me directly I will be available by phone and email at the contact information below. My family and I, as well as everyone on the Innovative Designs team, wish you all a prosperous 2025 ahead.
Sincerely,
Joseph A. Riccelli, CEO

My first thought was you raised a serious question, but the fact that being a board of director he would know much more than anybody who is invested in this company. As I have said this is not a hard sell . It is not a sell. It is an education! Once someone learns about this disruptive technology that no one else in the world has, they are all in.
If your goal in investing is to make a profit, lol then why would you sell shares of a company that’s ready to explode, as we have seen by the recent quarterly reports. The expectations for future sales are even exponentially greater. I am buying more even though I have an embarrassing amount of money invested already.
The fact is,the new CEO is making all the right moves, in terms of generating as much product that is needed to keep up with the growing orders. He is actively working to get our material officially certified with the R-Value. This will be opening up sales to every major home builder, etc., which should make this the investment of the year and hopefully the decade with its upside in not only this building category, but in many others that need our material.

$IVDN News: Innovative Designs Inc. Reports Record Sales Results to Shareholders
PITTSBURGH, Pa - (NewMediaWire) - December 30, 2024 - Innovative Designs, Inc. (OTC Pink: IVDN) today issues the following letter to shareholders from new CEO Joseph A. Riccelli. This letter covers the Company's fiscal third quarter financial results and forward-looking projections, as well as a discussion of significant events in 2024 and plans for the future.
Key points in this letter include:
2024 Fiscal Third Quarter Revenues More Than Doubled Same Period in 2023.
First Nine Months of Fiscal 2024 Delivered Over a 285% Increase Over 2023.
Accelerating Order Flow and Record Backlog in 2024 vs. No Backlog in 2023.
Increasing Production Capabilities to Meet Rising Demand.
Plans for Investor Conference Call / Shareholders Meeting in the company's 2nd Quarter.
Dear IVDN Shareholders:
As the 2024 calendar year comes to a close, I would like to thank all those who have maintained an investment position and followed the developing Innovative Designs story for the marketing of our unmatched Evacuated (Vacuum) Cell R-6 Insultex House Wrap®. As reported in our latest financial filing, the Company's sales revenues for the fiscal third quarter ending July 31, 2024, reached over $250K, surpassing double the $124K total from the same period in 2023. For the trailing nine months from fiscal Q3 in 2024, revenues reached more than $640K, over a 280% increase over the $223K revenue results in 2023.
The Company's full fiscal year ended on October 31, 2024 and we are currently working to complete this financial report which will present even more rapid sales growth. We can now project a 2024 fiscal year-end total of over $1.2M. After this year-end report is filed, we will hold an investor conference call and shareholder's meeting in the second quarter. Sales growth is also continuing in our fiscal first quarter with the largest backorder for Insultex House Wrap® that the company has ever seen, by far vs. no backlog last year.
A significant catalyst to the surging sales of Insultex House Wrap® has been new government building codes calling for continuous insulation and exterior R-Value requirements which are going into effect across the USA. Insultex House Wrap® has proven to be the best overall solution to these new requirements in terms of performance, cost effectiveness and ease of installation. Insultex House Wrap® delivers all this thanks to its unique and patented vacuum cell structure design. No other product on the market today offers a vacuum cell structure. A vacuum is the best thermal insulation possible and only Insultex® incorporates countless evacuated cells. Insultex® also provides a moisture barrier and other key benefits that make it the best choice for home builders and home remodelers for jobs of any size.
Once a new customer buys Insultex House Wrap®, which is a disruptive technology in the building industry, we are finding that they continue to reorder. Insultex House Wrap® provides a substantial savings for new construction, adding an R-6 moisture barrier membrane that does not need additional insulation boards or other support as competitive products.
With the increasing demand for Insultex House Wrap®, one of our top priorities has become increasing new production to maintain a timely order flow. To this end, we have developed new production resources in the last few months which are now able to deliver higher levels of inventory for customers placing rising orders. As demand grows, we have plans for further manufacturing and production. New marketing programs and additional product certifications are also planned.
Lastly, I would like to address the corporate changes that have taken place at Innovative Designs in the last few months including the installation of myself as the new CEO, a position which I am committed to fully with high expectations. The Board of Directors has asked me to convey their sincere appreciation of my father, former CEO Joesph Riccelli, Sr. He has given the Company over 20 years of dedicated service and strong support, all while overseeing important accomplishments. Prior to stepping down as CEO earlier this year for health and family reasons, Joseph Riccelli, Sr. kept Innovative Designs functioning and developing despite many hardships. He also worked to preserve shareholder value by maintaining a small and manageable share structure which today still totals less than 40 million shares outstanding.
