As far as i know and some knowledge from history lesson classes, quiet period is required by SEC for sec reporting companies. WDLF is otc alt reporting company and i cannot find any clause of quite period on otcm official website.

It's not a guarantee that it will pass and even if it does, it goes back to the Senate who proposed a much smaller version with no tax cuts. It's far from a done deal.

I'm reserving my judgement for now.

The eps estimate of $.82 won't be met. Whether the stock goes up will be a function of how much lower eps is, and what guidance will be for 2025. However in Q3, the CEO said to expect that 2025 eps will be around the same to very slightly more than 2
